It's normal. After adjectives, it's something personal you're buying. It happenned to me too :)
Next time you go buy a bra, purely think that it's similar to buying a new shirt. When you ask the woman at the shop to show you some, remember she does that every daytime. And she was within your situation too.
Take your best friend, your mom or your sister or anyone who you feel comfortable beside, and go buy your subsequent bra if it doesn't work. Or maybe progress with someone who also desires a new bra! If near are two of you there is positively nothing you hold to worry roughly. Okay?

i own the same problem, it's because girls adjectives girls are embarrased to try on and buy bra's it's just crude. i honestly dont know how to overcome this. Do u get it properly fitted?

Yes I do feel feeling guilty...it's the same thought i get when i'm buying my pad alone...until there is soon a boy staring at me when i buy those personal stuff.then i grain tat...it's nothing to shy in the order of...n i scold him...'wat?..your mum never wear this beforehand?'..haha..maybe i'm too pissed bad tat time..
well its something exotic. Its like buying sexy underwear of condoms at walmart when everyone is staring at you. Anything realated to sex or state of undress can be embarrasing. Im 21 and married and still sometimes think nation are looking at me when I go find those things
How did you feel buying your first bra alone? Were you intimidated or dismayed? If your first experience buying them was unpromising, maybe that could be why you are mortified now. Maybe it would give support to having your girlfriends next to you, at least until you capture comfortable buying them on your own. You guys can make a afternoon of it, have lunch after do some bra shopping. Being with friends who you can hoot with can sustain put you at ease- you can goof around as you shop! :)
You think that's degrading? You should try having to ask a manly clerk for yeast infection cream at midnight, or going into a porn store with your father.ok, that be weird, sorry. There are much worse things to be humiliated about!
