Try whichever way you are comfortable near first. There is nothing wrong near using your fingers. I've always done that. If it go wrong, you can try an applicator.
just produce sure your hands are verbs and you get it right
You should provide it a try. I personally close to using the applicators. They hold the tampon together and guide it to where it requests to go. My friend loves the OB kindly w/o applicators. Try both and you will find out.. Good luck=0
I would try both, applicators are way eaiser and they win it as far up as you need minus having to wonder. Get both. Good luck!
I deduce applicators are easier but whatever you are comfortable near. Dont tense up any. If you do tense up it will product it harder to slide in. Good luck and email me if you want any advice!
in good health if your not going 2 use the applicator then buy o.b tampons they are made w/ no applcaitor some ppl approaching them better... i prefer to use the applicator
I think it would be frozen to get contained by, without an applicator. You may want to try different brands, and see if in attendance is a type that has a comfortable applicator.
