Last year I had an ovarian cyst on my not here ovary, now I am idea the same cramping and lower support pain and am peeing close to every 30 mins. Do you think that I could hold another cyst? What could this mean?

Yes, It's possible. Did you have a laparoscopic next to the last cyst to try to determine a make happen? Sometimes it can be endometriosis and if so that definitely increases your opening of recurrence. I wonder if this might not be an underlying factor because of your comment roughly having to pee like mad. Endometriosis is difficult to diagnose without a laparoscopy and consequently is mode UNDERdiagnosed.
