I find such doomed to failure cramps during my time of year that i cant drink much w/o getting worse cramps, any food suggestions?!?!

I be told to drink the recommended amount of water (about 64 oz./day) to get hold of cramps to lighten up. It really does relieve. I also remember, in lofty school, my coach would speak about me to walk it out.. unsurprisingly I didn't feel similar to it. Walking really does help smoothness the pain though.
You might want to have a chat to your ob/gyn about getting on the pill. They straightforwardness your cramps, make your flow smaller amount, and shorten your period.
See a doctor. Also do profusely of walking or other exercise. Good luck.

No, dance to the doctor and get checked for Endometriosis. Those beside it have really crazy cramps and other side affects resulting from the cramps.
don't munch through things that are greasy and fried. eat restrained and definitely drink a great deal of water. you can still devour what you'd like to devour, but do it in small quantity especially greasy foods. take midol for the spasm and that helps too. exercise help massively especially walking because it helps symmetry the hormones during a period.

eat deeply of carbs and do as many abs as u can.
Anything near a low salt content. Salty foods impose cramps.
