Less carbs, low fat protein, and make a payment more cardio. At least 5 days a week if you hold the time. 45 minutes and then donate some weight training three days a week.. No intake after 6pm. Only a light snack... banana, apple etc.. but, losing 50 lbs. within two months isn't realistic.. Losing freight and eating well is a life long aim. Those commercials on tv showing all this mass loss are not the avg. individual. Take your time.. Maybe 12 months might be realistic or even 8-9... Good luck
don't listen to the population who say that isn't possible. it is possible if you do it correctly. use both counterweight training and cardio workouts daily. Find a partner for workouts too, it help tremendously having someone in attendance to push you, and also having someone that you can support.
see what you eat. when you start don't cut out every giving of food you like completely, only limit how much of it you devour. then, bit by bit stop eating that features of food. Whatever you do, DO NOT skip meals, or by a hair`s breadth eat. Still get through during the day, but dont depend on the middle-of-the-road 3 meals. get through more times during the day, intake healthy foods at a low amount.
