Oh Pilates.. I call this "Pie Ladies"... the stretching is impressively good for you.. but as far as toning up is concernded nobody ever does satisfactory of it... you need to do resistance training going on for 4 times a week.. or do Pilates every day for an hour and a partly... in my inference.
That's basically what I am. Just try adjectives down on unhealthy food (no snacking). And a moment ago get plenty of excersise overall. That will lose you 15-20 pounds.

No spicy food (cut this out and you will lose all your bloating weight)
