PID = Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. If we went to you on the ambulance i.e. what I would lean toward. Go get medical attention. It is not worth losing your facility to have children or something in recent times thinking that this will go away on its own.
You better grasp test right away for Toxic syndrome you own the signs don't mess with nil like this. Thing start spreading similar to fire so get yourself within right away.

She should be tested for an STD regardless. There are several that fit these symptoms; later take into consideration the asymptomatic diseases that she may hold. Factor in the illnesses that pretend dormant for long periods of time earlier symtoms present themselves, if ever.
Any good doctor will run blood test, starting with the STD array. Is she a virgin that has never have any sexual contact...including oral?
I would go next to the PID or UTI. Most likely treated next to antibiotics such as Cipro.
