not so much the actual length of the vagina but the muscles inside the vagina can be tighter or looser than others depending on how sexually moving you are.. someone who is a virgin will be waaay tighter and the canal will be smaller amount deeper than someone who has be sexually active for 10 years.. and this is what her boyfriend mightve be saying.. that she be tight or small

yes at hand are women with different sizes of vagina, a short time ago there are men beside different size of penis.
some are tighter than others. Some also have more or smaller amount skin on the outside than others.some can also be deeper than others i sopose. So sure they can come in diferent shapes and sizes.
