Ladies, Midol doesn't give the impression of being to work for hose retention? Anyone know of a correct diuretic?

I use Diurex.

They have two types: near caffeine and without. I use the one lacking caffeine.
Stay away from pop and drink lots of water, no banter.
avoid caffeine and drink water sounds contradictory but it really works
