Don't verbs about it. It happen to everyone too. First of all, guys dont receive periods and we own it because unless u want to get pregnant? That's the principle. But unfortunatly, I hadn't had it for resembling 2 months now, but its ok to hold a period. But nearby was one time i be at Victoria's Secret, trying on some bikini (lol) then I distinguish there wuz some blood, it LEAKED OUT BIG TIME!! I apologized to the party owning the shop but I had to buy the bikini anyway cuz they cant preserve it tat way. Its commonplace to have a spell, but u do get mood swings tho.. honest luck ;)

i hatred periods to but mine are really really desk light and i don't get cramps, in good health i don't have any shameful stories but my friends do but I'm sure they won't mind
well me and my friends we're siting and adjectives of a sudden my friend was asking everyone for napkins and we didn't hold any so we said that we didn't give her any and she get really mad at us so next we saw that there be blood all over the bench so we run to get napkins and nobody saw any of it!
Just purloin some midol. I also leaked on a bench at a hospital, but it was my end day nearby so its ok. and no it wasn't after giving birth.
Once I was at "Kroger" I be walking through the front of the store by where adjectives of the cash registers are. I notice that alot of guys were staring at me, I thought they be looking at my behind because they thought it be sexy...but as soon as I went home and I go to the bathroom I noticed that I have a huge stain on the back of my pant...how embarassing!
That's jut part of individual a female. We enjoy to deal beside periods. Yes it is annoying and it can be a distress but there's nothing we can do roughly it. Nothing embarrassing have happened to me while I be on.
for the cramps i usually lay down and put a bag of rime on my stomach or take a hot aromatic tub.
luckily nothing more degrading than leaking through my pant (not noticably) has happen to me.

but the most embarassing piece that happened be i left my bloody wipe on the bathroom counter top and i came pay for a couple hours later and i saíd '' whoops i forgot to put it contained by the garbage'' then out of no where on earth a cockoroach ran right out my bloody wad i was so mortified
First of all, what a nice friend you hold! Second of all, I'd try taking something approaching Midol for the aches and pains or Ibuprofin (Advil). One means of access you can try to reduce the pains is to stay live, even when you have your spell and to drink plenty of water (if you're thirsting, you'll cramp even more!) I used to have HUGE cramps--so impossible that I'd be pretty much doubled over. One time, I was have those types of cramps and had to be at a rehearsal for an upcoming concert, and my boyfriend (now husband) at the time, rubbed my put money on gently for me and get everyone to give me some space whenever they come around to ask what was wrong beside me... made me fall contained by love with him that much more! When you bring older, you can try going on the birth control pill becuase it does assistance with the bleeding and cramps and such.
One time when i first started using tampons, i didnt take to mean how long you should wait until you transmutation it and i was hangin out near my friend and two boys that we liked and it be at night. i be riding my bike and i was pedaling while standing up u know, so my *** be facing the two boys and i went inside and near was blood adjectives over my shorts. i dont think they be paying good attention but who know if they saw or not.. lol

I don't know anyone who likes their extent. I started mine at camp when I be 13. I had to be in motion to the nurse and then they wouldn't permit me in the pool because they singular had pad.
once i was on a date next to my boyfriend and we got of a huge coaster and my integral pants be feelin wet once i get off. i thought i peed my pant reel unpromising but i didnt really pay It any attention after he said you must have sit on something red. i new wat is be immediately i looked at him and he hidden. i went to the bathroom to try to verbs it up best as i could but it was no angelic. when i came out he have his pants surrounded by his hand and lately his boxers on. but they were plain so they looked like shorts . i loved him so much then. hes so amazing. he walk around like that for the rest of the hours of darkness. it was still really degrading.
There are birth control pills out that you only attain your period 4 tI'mes a year call Seasonal .And im pretty sure there is another one coming out soon but for already that keeps you from getting a term.The way they work is that here is no break in the hormones.
Hey... I detest it too... my period is similar to yours... u know my back hurts it last for 8 or 9 days and it's so heavy. Like u I dislike guys when I'm on it and I wish guys have periods too so they can try the anguish

yeah i hate it too. i gain really horrible cramps. the first year i started was hell, i be only 11 i have some really embarassing moments. i was within school once and blood get all of over my stool everyone was taking a interview when i realized it so i dont reflect they saw but the teacher did so she said i could move about to the bathroom. so i had to bring back up with blood adjectives over my pants.

In my rash 20ies I didn't have my spell for about 2 years, because I did lots of sports and I as a result had a exceedingly low fat percentage. It's probably a bleak idea and not clean to have so little bodyfat. I didnt' comfort what people said, I looked great, greatly toned (not just a case of bones, he,he) & I felt great.
Now I'm freshly below my recommended weight and I'm getting my extent again, but usually the bleeding isn't very strong. I am also on the pill next to which I skip my period by not have a 7 days break after taking it for 21 days. It's convenient if you have a date, or if you dance on holiday or if you know you just don't want to be on the spell right now.
However, if you save taking the pill too long without taking a 7 days break, it's outstandingly likely that you attain some unexpected bleeding and that really s*cks! oops, absolution my french :D

i hate my spell to crippling cramps bloated the list go on and on !! well anyways my degrading story is
i was at my dads house i woke up and i a moment ago knew it have started i went to the bathroom and found out yes it have started my underwear were soaked i dont know bout my pant but anyways i was waaaay to flushed to ask my step mom for a pad this be only approaching my 4-5 period so i only just let it be biiiiiig mistake the cramps be sooooo bad so i have to act close to nothing be wrong then. we walk the dog then. i go to the bathroom blood was allllllll over my pant i changed clothes and my mom picked me up shortly after thank god because i was still to disconcerted to ask for a pad lol
aversion periods sooooooooooooooo much and 1 time i waz wachin my little one bro and we were wachin a movie and i stood up a huge stan on my shorts presently he wout shut up a bot i t poor me
Periods suck and so does death and taxes. My most embarassing moment be in middle university - I walked around next to a red spot on the back of my white shorts for everyone to see. I have to ride the bus home with this spot and stroll half a mile to achieve home. I kept my backpack over my butt the best I could.
