You should see your doctor. Teens are prone to certain bone cancer (though rare) called sarcomas.
Go relay your parents. Now.
I had one and the same problem growing up. My knee cap would dislocate and evertime I was on my extent my knees would hurt so bad I could scarcely walk. I in recent times found out last week that I own an incrediblly abnormal knees condition called osteonecrosis. In lamens vocabulary, my knee bones are dieing. I am not trying to terrify you because this is incredably rare, but you should definantly see a doctor something like it, and don't let them let somebody know you that nothing is wrong!!
If you're contained by that much pain that you should find to a doc asap. it could be something really simple that can be fixed easy. my friend used to find bad knees pain too and she get a cortison (sp?) shot and the pain be all gone.

How live are you?
hmmmm...if this pain is really unchecked like that and making you cry honey afterwards i'd truly make a fuss roughly speaking it and get my parents to steal me to the doctor. If there is something wrong next its best to nip it in the bud.. you've already have it for 3 yrs...you should NOt have to be stable this...and since pain killer do not help consequently it could be indicating its something more.
a doctor will check you out and let you know ...

omg sweety see a doctor. I don't be going to to scare you its in recent times that I know someone who went through (and is still going through) knees problems. You could have torn your meniscus during physical leisure, an accident, who know.. and this is not good word. You may have moderately worn your cartilage out and pieces may be floating around your joints. Do your knees ever obtain stuck? The clicking sound may be due to this cartilage loss. If you own not been injured I would look into something else..but if you enjoy please see an orthopedic surgeon at once because it is not a pleasant thing to dance through!
