I hold not found it to be true. But if you are 5' 2", anemic and weigh 115, check with your doctor first. She may support you not to lose weight, you are extraordinarily close to normal bulk and still developing. With the anemia, you might do yourself harm if you try to diet.
i tryed it the single thing it does it make you sick and lose lots of muscle yeah you lose weight but your gunna be aware of like your gunn a die i did
i dont conjecture that is true i'm anemic and i hold lost weight past its sell-by date and on if you have any concerns discuss to a doctor
first off, you don't requirement to lose weight.
second, yes, if you hold an imbalance within the body, the body will store fat against the problem, it is sometimes prearranged as the famine response. If you are anemic, it is probably because you are too thin and your bones can't produce the red blood cells you inevitability.
im 14 yrs old 5'2 and 112 and anemic. I've never hear that and i dont see any reason why you wouldnt know how to. the only judgment i can think of is that you're body is trying to hold on to the fat it have because it isn't getting enough. that would cause it harder to loose, but not impossible

I'm also having anaemia, and I lost counterweight too. It depends how you go in the region of doing it. When you are anaemic, you tends to obtain breathless, so, do some light exercise instead. Eat glowing, e.g. lean meat.
