Answer:
With a proboscis job, they any remove the bone and cartilage to reshape the nose and/or trademark it smaller in size. Sometimes they can build up the nasal bridge or tip near bone taken from the ribcage or cartilage taken from the ear.
As for breast lifts, here are different techniques. One adjectives one is called the t-anchor pull. What they do is make an incision surrounded by the crease of the breast and then a vertical incision up and around the areola. They in reality then remove the areaola and nipple and remove the excess skin and breast tissue. They after sticth the areaola/nipple into a new difficult position and close up the incisions.
In addition to lifting the breasts, to bring in breasts more perky, they often supply a small implant during the breast elevate to give it posterior shape and restore lost volume. Afterwards, there can be some fairly major scarring, but near time it will fade.
they dont put plastic.
u seem similar to u need to do deeply of research...
I had a proboscis job/deviated septum surgery when I was younger. No, they don't supply plastic; however, they do break and/or shave the bone to shape it. They usually cut from the inside to avoid scars.
Don't know in the region of the breast lift... After breast-feeding my son a few years ago, I could probably use one... lol :)
