stand up and put ur leg on the toilette and put it in aiming toward ur lower spinal column dont shove it in merely slide it in i guess is what u would call for it then push the applicator till the tampon comes out and it should be contained by the right spot
Try putting your leg up on the toilet and dont' push the tampon hard. It should slide surrounded by easily..
You are probably trying the wrong angle. DO not try to insert it straight up. It wants to go surrounded by angled toward the small of your back. Look at the picture and see how it is angled and not put surrounded by staight up so to speak.
The best advice I can confer you is to keep practicing. I'm not sure why your muscles are tensing up - conceivably you're nervous or anticipating that it's going to hurt, which singular makes the problem worse. Relax as much as possible.
Another belief, at least until you grasp used to doing it on a regular basis, is to put a short time bit of lube (like KY) on the tip of the applicator. That might help it slide within a bit easier.
It took me a long time to get used to tampons. For the first few years, I stuck to pad, and tried tampons every now and next just to see if I could do it. I get frustrated many times and give up. It took some time, but I prefer them to pads very soon.
