I am losing my activeness?

Lately, I've felt as if the dynamism was only drained out of me. It's been resembling this since summer break started. I am still young (13) and I get hold of plenty of rest. I really don't party, and I don't stay up tardy at all. I munch through healthy and excersize, but very soon I don't feel resembling going anywhere at all. What should I do to boost up my gusto?
