Razorburn question?
Answer:
use shaving cream, dont press hard when shaving, and mosterize when finished
Don't use cheap razors. Use a little bit of conditioner to shave with instead of soap. The conditioner will help make it smoother. Use an hydro-cortizone cream for the bumps...
First of all make sure you are using enough soap/shaving cream whatever, then DO NOT use antiperspirant. I buy the natural mineral deodorant and it works great.
Antiperspirant clogs your pores and creates the lumps. It can also cause cysts.
use shaving cream and use lotion when u r done
Baby powder will help. (put it under your arms if you have bumps now)
don't put on deorand right after you shave.
make sure you use shaving cream and a fresh razor
(don't push too hard on the razor)
To reduce your chance of suffering from razor bumps you may want to take a look at the following steps to prevent razor bumps: - Ensure to get your hair very wet before shaving - Really work the shaving cream into your skin or scalp for at least 2 minutes and save areas that tend to develop razor bumps for last, so that the shaving cream has longer to soften the hair.
Shave with the grain, not against it - Replace your blade regularly - Don't stretch out your skin while shaving - Use moisturizer after shaving.
Make sure your underarm is completly wet and lathered with shaving cream. Use a brand new razor and press lightly on your skin.
