Answer:
Make sure to pocket pads and tampons near you EVERYWHERE. Also, carry around tylenol or asparin to eradicate the cramps. Take a shower everyday when you are having your monthly item, and you'll be pretty safe!

It's better to use pads than tampon unless your going swimming. It's usally over within about a week or 2. Keep a wad with you incase of emergency.
Note- I also hear washing your tresses during you period, you can hold bags undery our eyes. That what I hear but you might wanna know just incase.
For cramping use asparin .
Always preserve some mydrol, advil, ect. with you and melt water bottles are lifesavers
You should know that you will plausible be irregular for the first year or so. Since it may be really difficult to predict when your next one is due, it's a well-mannered idea to tuck a wad or two in your purse and backpack so you're never stuck lacking one. If you're using tampons, make sure you can conversion them often and don't sleep beside one in (the smaller amount frequently you change them the superior your chance of toxic shock... it's not a adjectives thing, but it's still better to be not detrimental.) There used to be a lot of "mature wives tales" about not bathing or wash your hair but you don't hear that mumbo jumbo as much any more... Some women find that exercise eases cramps, some find they receive worse with exercise; you'll integer that out for yourself. Really, you'll figure it out as you dance along. It's a normal piece, not a big mystery. :)
Don't start counting the every 28 days thing as you will not be regular for at least possible a year.
Keep track of your periods contained by a calendar/diary/journal.
Pamprin is great (for me) for cramps. Get a heating wad in luggage they are very scratchy.
Get the most slender plastic applicator tampons. Next time on your period try one, simply take your time and read the pamphlet that come with it. Tampons are great for physical commotion and swimming.
