It's completly not dangerous if you're both very sure you hold nothing. However, oral sex isn't terribly tasty to most inhabitants, so condoms help within that sense. Otherwise, you don't need them if you're verbs.

If you both really are virgins, then you don't enjoy any STDs. A condom wouldn't be necessary. But if you ever do this beside someone who's not a virgin, or if you're not sure, use a condom.
