Bumps below my arms? conceivably blade burn?

okay, i have bumps lower than my arms my mom thought it was cut-throat burn, but it's lower than where i shave.

People told me i could be allergic to my deodorent, but i've changed my brand just about four times and the bumps didnt go away.

I've tried using lotion, neosporin, gold ingots bond powder, not shaving, switching deodorent, and face cleanser (because it's gentle)

any design of what it is or what could get rid of it?

I have these, i just used a bit of moustriser since bed. However using a razor will not serve because thats probably what has cause it as after i started using a razor i get them. But instead, you could get some down removal cream for sensetive skin, its not too expensive and prevents the bumps and works just as okay x
id put my money on the deodorent..try not using it but use a powder insted
