Howz the book McKenzie's 'treat your own back' and where can i get it from?

i had an L5S1 microdisectomy surgery( because of slipped disc) last year when i was 20 years old. please suggest me a few books which i should surely read to help me deal with my low back problem. what precautions will i have to take in future life... thanks.

Amazon.com and even Borders.com are good places to check to see if they have the book. The thing I like about Amazon (other sites might do this as well) is that you can read reviews of others that have read the book or bought it. Some may even have their book up for sale for a good price.

Amazon often tends to have a lot of books that may not be in local bookstores.

If you are still having issues with pain being chronic I would recommend considering a Pain Management dr. They have a lot of different options that may be of help to you. And no it's not necessarily going to be narcotics either.
