Wear a tampon to sleep. This helps seriously, especially if you are prone to leaking while sleeping. It's crushing to wash your sheets contained by front of all your dorm buddies adjectives the time with a huge stain. But for the most chunk, most girls in college are cool next to it...everyone gets their period!
