Which is the best bearing to shift...Electrocauterization (LEEP), Cryosurgery, Cone Biopsy or Laser?

to treat high order cervical dysplasia?

Please no long Googled answers, I can do that myself. I want personal opinions and/or experiences.

Answer:
I have a LEEP done a few years ago. It was pretty swift, but a little mortified as you are awake during it. I was given a drug that made my heart hammer fast and made me discern panicky. That was the worst subdivision. The recovery be easy, except for a gross discharge for a while.
A friend of mine have laser and cryosurgery and the abnormal cell came support after each one. After she have the LEEP, they never came rear.
I think if you want to get hold of preg afer any of these procedures, there is a difficult risk of pre-term birth due to a shorter cervix. I didn't have this problem, though.
Good luck!
For an accurate diagnosis by the pathologist, the cone biopsy should be done. The other methods distort and burn deeply of the tissue.
It really depends on how deep into the cervix it have speard. Cryo is for only a few layer more on the outside. Leep is for all over plus a bit higher inside the cervix and cone is for a bigger chunk. Laser isn't done as much and I havent read to much in the region of it. I am going in for leep On July 18th. My friend have Cryo but she only have two layers removed. Mine is for a time higher within then hers so they want to do leep to variety sure they get it adjectives. Really sucks cause we hold a 3 year old and of late starting tring for number two, guess we have to skulk another year. Most everyone I have talk to has have leep done. My aunt had laser but it be 15 years sgo. She has be fine ever since. You can email me if you want to discuss more.
talk to your gyn as it depends on oodles factors
doctors experience and preferences, whether near is disease in the strait or not and whether it is a squamous or adeno lesion, whether you have have children or not

squamous is much more common than adeno

if adeno - you want a cone biopsy and nought less than that because you really inevitability to look for an underlying cancer

for squamous high level
go beside the leep if you want a cure
cone biopsy will also likely cure you also but greater risk of cervical incapacitate which could cause adjectives complications esp in pregnancy.
if you hold a single lesion or small well-defined lesions near no disease in the conduit, you can go near laser if the doc is experienced and not everyone is
I would not recommend cryotherapy for a high class lesion.
