I take Napro, its the best for extent pain.
only exercise because the more u sit around the more you'll feel it and if u maintain your self busy in something later you won't feel'em and don't use any medications they never work, trust me on this.
Midol or Ibuprofen. Stay away from caffeine. Eat food that have a lot of potassium. And yes, the dreaded exercise will comfort too.
