Unless you are already really close to your goal substance, you should be able to lose 20 pounds by September if you chomp through a healthy diet and exercise normally. The more you have to lose, the faster the bulk tends to come past its sell-by date. If you are already fairly slim you may not be capable of lose that much by September.
