GIRLS NEED SOME SUGGESTIONS!! how can i variety my cramps stop or so i wont achieve em as discouraging THANKS?

Answer:
Birth Control Pills. They really do a number for cramps. If you have severe serious cramps you should chitchat to your doctor about birth control pills.
lay down, and put your foot on the wall,it helps me adjectives the time
I suggest Midol. I know it sounds lame but I finally gave within to it and it works.
my advice is do 20 sit ups and be in motion for a quick pace, break into jog, and cool down. step home pop a tylonal and put a hot water sack on your abdomyne and keep under surveillance TV.

it'll work, believe me
my girlfriend uses bengay heat pad on her lower abdomin, she says it really help.
Hi! This might be hard to do but try walking when your time of year comes around. Hot shower also works. Swimming will help it help relax your body. Good Luck God Bless
I take ibuprofen when I hold cramps or Midol. They both help greatly. And I've also found that Midol works great on regular organizer aches. Plus the added benfit of helping beside any bloating during your period is great.
If you're looking for meds, I've never have luck with OTC stuff. Birth control help - if it does, that could be a sign of endometriosis. You could ask your doctor about Meclomen. It's an NSAID approaching Aleve or Advil but it works in an extra opening - it reduces your flow. Less flow mechanism less headache.
I'm having surgery contained by 2 weeks for pain headship. Take it seriously, if OTC drugs don't help see a doctor right away.
to prevent and comfort them to be lessened you need plentifully of water. I scrounging a lot!! Your cramps will be worse when you don't acquire adequate wet intake.
Also you should be taking some sort of vitamin. I suggest pre-natal vitamins just because they hold alot of the key things we as women necessitate. But a vitamin for women would do good too.

But kind sure you stay properly hydrated. the minimum you should be getting is 64oz but in truth you should be getting more than that a year.
a hot bath, but not a bubble hip bath since perfumes can irrated your skin down south. Or a heat pad.

I dont know if this'll work, but when you receive running cramps you lean to the opposite side (ex. cramp on the moved out, lean to right. cramp in the front, lean to the subsidise.)
Panprill...

I practically live off of it during that "special" week. It help with your menstrall cramps, crankyness(ect).
Hi!

Your not going to resembling this, but I used to get wild cramps every month. They got better next to exercise and stretching. A physiotherapist showed me some stretches that helped plentifully. I know it doesn't sound close to anything you'd want to do when you're in backache, but I notice a big difference when I don't do them regularly. That and a reheat bath and a cup of wine...maybe some chocolate...
