yes it is run of the mill. also, during the end of your interval, the tissue that comes out can be somewhat dried up, which makes it characteristics of brown, which is also normal.
Sometimes it does...they're call blood clots and it is perfectly everyday. Usually when your period is beefy, that's what you get.
Well, your time is not blood, exactly. It's the spongy, blood-rich lining of your uterus. It's not like liquid texture as blood from a cut, distinctly thicker. I wouldn't say sticky, though.
