How can I get rid of menstral cramps without pain relievers?

i can't remember if I am supposed to walk more or rest more!

be well rested and make sure you get enough sleep
and yes exercise is good because it releases endorphines, our body's natural pain killers!
make sure you drink plenty of water as well and stay away from caffinated drinks...

i find that increasing the amount of water I drink helps a great deal. Heating pad works and exercise is good too.
walk more but i dont see how you can do that when youcan barely stand ( im in PAIN)
eliminating the use of caffeine reduces menstrual cramps.
