k.i kno u sweat wen ur out in the hot weather or when u play sports.but how do u control sweating from just being nervous..i hate it..it dusnt happen at home.but like at school ill walk in the classroom..and ill start sweating.this happens in the winter too..i need help....any1 have any suggestions??

sounds like a small panic attack. or anxiety attack. talk to your doctor and see if he/she can help. also try this relaxing technique. inhale slowly through your nose to a count of 8 then hold to a count of 4 then slowly exhale through the mouth to a count of 8. while doing this keep your shoulders down and relaxed. repeat this until you feel relaxed. it does work it just takes practice.
