How do I lose freight? Get rid of my stretch grades?

start out gentely:
first week:
monday: run up-hill or on a tredmill for 5 min sets. surrounded by between the running walk at atleast 2.5 mph. while running be in motion at a comfortable speed for you. after you run be sure to stretch
tuesday: optional, swim 1/2 a mile. try to see as much as possible.
Wednesday: repeat monday, but change it to 8 min. sets.
also throw within 2 sets of 20 squats.
thursday. 2 sets of 20 squats. try to do a fast stride walk for 40 min.
friday. swim 1/2 a mile kicking. also try to do ( if the pool is shallow satisfactory ) underwate sprints (3 laps)
saturday. DAY OFF! take some measurements.

this is just and example and because u r young at heart, only exersize 3 or 4 times durring the week. neway, for the stretch grades put on some cocoa butter.

At 110 lbs you're a bit adulterate.. so you don't need to lose consignment you need to tone your thighs. Bicycling.. even on a stationary one would work.. better however is to buy those big elastics (you only stipulation one) You attach one end to a door knob the other on your ankle.. you 'roll' your leg or you elevate it then put it down.. That's the major exercise that won't cost you much. As for stretch marks.. shea butter is the best... Good luck..!
