HELP PLEASE---Extremely PAINFUL CRAMPS' surrounded by front of NECK/THROAT?
I am getting such bad nouns cramps,
it happens almost day by day anyway when I yawn or just out of nowhere, I find an extreme painful "cramp" almost close to a 'charlie horse' in my collar that lasts for 20 or 30 second and hurts so bad that own to close my mouth and cant talk at adjectives, sometimes it happens when i will undo my mouth wide to brush my teeth, and will and also when i touch my d¨Ścolletage while the spasm is going on, it feels really hard and moves from one one side of my collar to the center of my neck. its ahorrendous spasm that doesn't lat a long time but happens normally.
Any idea why it is occurring and what could it be? can a chiropractor help this cramp?
I thought it was TMJ but I enjoy no problem with my cheek or have any symptoms of TMJ also since the cramps are on my collar I doubt its TMJ

sounds like esophageal spasms which are spasming of the muscles contained by the food pipe down ur throat. They can be caused by hot and cold foods which trigger the spasming. Sometimes this condition can be cause by leakage surrounded by the muscle sphincter which connects ur food pipe to your stomach. You should get urself checked out by ur family circle doctor... u might need some caring of anti reflux medication or further tests. Good luck!
That's a muscle contraction. I return with them too and they hurt like H***, I know. I know that low potassium can make happen muscle cramps in your extremity joint. Maybe this is related. I don't get them as commonly since I started eating 2 bananas respectively day, a biddable source of potassium. Maybe you can try that.
