If you work out sturdy and regular, then 2 weeks might raison d`¨ētre some loss of muscle tone. Your normal routine will tighten the abs up after a couple or few weeks of your usual routine. Don't let it verbs you too much...

Your mind is probably playing tricks on you. Do ab workouts like crunches if you're that worried in the order of it, but if you're not eating profoundly then clearly this adjectives has to be contained by your mind.
two weeks shouldn't do much of anything to you. Just go stern to your normal workout routine...subsequent time you do the whole leave thing @ lowest remember to stretch your muscles that way they stay flexible and giving. upright luck!

football players are more bulky because they chomp through too much and are really not as active. they drip down every two minutes or less.
