Swimming??Period??
after i have my spell for 6 days i stop for like 2 weeks so i am wondering if i can be in motion swimming during the time i stop my period .
P.S.- i cant use tampons

You can jump swimming when you are not on your period, but you can't really while you're on it since you don't use tampons.

Swimming is 100% fine before you interval, after your period and while you enjoy your period, seriously, you don't bleed when you are swimming.

However if you are on your interval you do need to wear a tampon contained by the water.
