If I way of walking 30 minutes daytime, every light of day of the week, will I lose immensity?

I've been trying to lose some counterweight because I have a bit of a pudgy stomach and tacky thighs. I'm 5'7 and I weight 124 and I'm almost 14 contained by two months, but I want to lose weight the nutritious way. If I chomp through healthy, drink lots of hose down, and walk 30 minutes a hours of daylight everyday of the week for two months, will I lose weight? If so how much? (an estimate is fine). What else should I be doing to lose it? Thanks, and please don't relate me I don't need to lose weightiness.

Although, judging by your elevation, your weight seem to be just where on earth it should be. If you're really determined to lose your "pudgy" stomach, the best thing to do is sit-ups, crunches and/or pilates everyday.

So if you're walking day by day and only burning 900 calories, but are consumption 2500, no you won't lose weight, although you WILL gain muscle tone and burn overweight, which is nearly as important.
