there is no awkward pressure, the cabin are pressurized. just run tampons with you it's no different than any other time. It's even better than a motor ride cause there's a bathroom.
I a short time ago got support from a vacation and I be on my period. I didn't discern any different than usual. I am not saying you won't because everyone is different, but hope it help.
it didn't with mine it be a little chance to have to regulation pads on it though
i flew for 8 hours on my time and i felt fine.

Flying doesn't affect your period. You a short time ago may get a bit gassy from the pressure but thats about it.
Sometimes the pressure does achieve a little illustrious. My periods are other heavier when I'm on a plane, but I might just be grotesque.
I've flown from South America to Florida on my cycle before. I didn't observe anything different as far as flow goes. I did consideration, however, that my cramps and tenderness within my breast were non-existence for the duration of my flight. Everyone is different though. If you're a tampon user, simply use one of those for your flight. The airline bathrooms aren't always the cleanest IMO.
