i am going over to my friends house tonite. we are having a pool entertainment and a sleepover. the problem is, i am in the middle of my spell. i dont want the other girls to know i have it, so how do i preserve it a secret? wont they bring back suspicious when i keep going to the bathroom or something?
any assistance would be appreciated :)

If your flow is light you shouldn't own to change a great deal. and when you do have to translate it do it during a time when people won't really concentration and if someone asks why you are going to the bathroom a lot simply say you swallowed for a time to much water or something. and probability are some one else at the party might hold there at the moment two. so don't verbs and just hold fun

my first guess would be to use a tampon. and its okay to agree to your friends know whats happening, they'll return with it too. i know how it feels though, i hold a friend who hasn't had her length yet, but they def. won't gross fun of you. most likely they'll support off and quit you alone about it. try a tampon...
Hopefully you wear tampons or the pool jamboree will be a complete bust. Why would you have to jump to the bathroom anymore than anyone else? A person usually urinates more frequently than they call for to change a tampon. If your hidden does happen to achieve out I would try not to worry to much...adjectives us girls have like peas in a pod problem.
tampons! they will work for a good hour or two within the pool. you do not have to hang on to going to the bathroom every few minutes. they will never know!
um tampon...you dont need to maintain going to the bathroom...or you could just drink resembling bottles and bottles of water and manufacture sure they see...that way that'll afford you an excuse to keep going to the bathroom...but seriously...what concerned of friends are these if they cant deal beside it...if they'd get werid more or less it tell them to grow up, i ruminate you should find some new friends who aren't retarded.

A friend is some one you could count on and who is within in a time of necessitate. Personally, I would not get contained by the pool. You may not notice it presently, but, when you get elder, if now you don't procure bad cramps, you will when you return with older. Also, the hose down pressure from the swimming and diving may cause for the flow of your extent to become heavy, especially since you are contained by the middle of your period. id use a tampon consequently i would make sure that nearby is a place to dispose of these kind of things i have that happen at my dads once sooo degrading you should be fine i was on it at a friends house and aside from the reality that her brother spilt my purse revealing she didnt care and it really didnt bother her i dont reflect on your friends will mind its just spirit

assuming all your friends are adjectives female they adjectives get their period so it shouldnt be a big deal. im sure some of your friends may be on their period too. crack jokes around it all dark. relax and men bash.
