yea i reflect on you did. but if you eat really good than you shudnt get cramps or nausea that habitually or at all. i get my first period contained by august

I think u do. I get mine in april.brand name sure u where a wipe the 1st year it wont be on the exact day your suppose to carry it next mon or any mon somtimes you'll skip a month your 1st month so dont acquire scared.you'll sometimes attain cramps when u eat a certen things.formulate sure u change every 2 hours

Congrats...yeah you did own your first period. You may not necessarily own any cramps or nausea for awhile (and I'm talking in the order of in your first few periods)...some women enjoy cramps and nausea and some don't...depends on the person's system.
Woohoo.. Your first perriod in a few months your be sick of them lol!
