first of all, it does not grow final in dark or longer, thats an urban myth (that these people patently believe).
to get rid of it, you could do impossible to tell apart thing you'd do to acquire rid of other unwanted hair. shave it, wax it, bleach it, nair it, laser mane removal, etc.

If you wax it, it will come in thicker and dark. You can bleach it if you feel it is too see. Otherwise you can have it laser removed or electrolysis. Beyond that, a moment ago leave it alone.

we are mammals, every human on the planet have hair surrounded by every follicle on their skin. Some have finer coat than others but we are all roughly covered head to toe, beside the exception of our palms and the soles of our feet. If yours bothers you, you can unquestionably wax, it will not grow any heavier or thicker than it does now.

Yes, and I move it. It's not worth the effort of removal, especially because it'll in recent times grow back brisk and worse and need constant removing. It's not impressively noticeable and feel smooth.
To the person above, I don't guess it's an urban myth it grows back more. I shaved it rotten my stomach once just to see and it is strikingly darker and thicker immediately.
