I am experiencing really discouraging cramps right very soon. What do you women feel are the best aching relievers?
Answer:
Aleve (naproxyn sodium) other worked best for me. And heat. A heat pad help.
try Pamprin Max or Midol
I get horrible cramps too. So my best trick is annoying but works really capably. Right when I get my length or I feel it coming i pocket some Midol. Then I exercise. For some reason, getting up and going on a run or saunter helps so much! I didn't draw from any cramps for the rest of my period.
Good luck!
aspirin, ibuprofen, midol, and pamprin. Also a warmth pack will help beside cramps. Exercise will help also.
Take something resembling pamprin or midol and motrin and IB Profen also works well do to the anti-inflamatory agent within it. A hot bath and heat pad also help for me, drinking blackberry tea also helps.
i win cramps so bad that i cry sometimes. i clutch tylenol chewables (for kids or adults.. those rapidtabs are the adult form) because they work super in haste compared to pills, i dont care what anyone say, thats my experience. i force myself to sleep it off. sometimes i only take a teaspoon of nyquil and sleep ... the acetominophen within the nyquil is a pain reliever and the alcohol puts you to sleep. i dont support doing that because its not smart... i mean dont run a whole bottle.. but when youre surrounded by severe pain, do anything works. if you just want to sleep, take something. perchance tylenol pm? usually by the time you wake up, youre outlook better. like i said, im usually curled up surrounded by tears. not fun. then again, my spell only last 2 days max... but its hell.
I cant swallow tablets so i wont be able to facilitate you out on that one, but what I do when i have desperate cramps is put a hot water bottle on my stomach, curl up contained by fetal position and rest. My tummy gets thaw and i feel heaps better. Also, stay away from salt when u got period, i heard it make ur pains worse.
Get better! x
take 2 midols or any other cramp reliever, and drink apples. it works for me
Midol, Tylenol, basically any category of meds specifically for menstrual cramping
I don't have cramps, so the best I can proposal is what my daughters do. They both get a horrible armour of the cramps every month. What works best for both of them is to take a greater dose of Ibuprophen when the cramping starts, and then alternate tylenol and ibuprophen so respectively type of medication is taken 6 hours apart, but something is being taken every 4 hours.similar to this:
6am - 800 mg of Ibuprophen
10am - 500 mg extra strength tylenol
Noon - one 200 mg ibuprophen
4pm - one 500 mg extra strenght tylenol
8pm - one 200 mg ibuprophen
12 am - one 500 mg tylenol
And then start over if crucial the next morning. What we've widely read is that the initial higher dose of ibuprophen make the pain progress away, and then they steadily bear the rest throught out the day (take it since the pain returns). It's clinically proven that if you embezzle something regularly at the lowest dose, even when the pain's not present but after it's initally gone away, controlling the strain is more successful.
If your cramps become consistently painful next to each extent (you don't now but that may money over time) why not take a Tylenol or Excedrin the minute you catch your period to capture your body to fight support the cramps? I do not recommend taking anything on site. Stay with a routine and if one demanding medication works, stick with it - which is why I pass Execedrin everywhere. Excedrin is my magic bullet for headache, cramps, muscle ache etc.
MIDOL PMS is really worthy. Along with that of late lay down and relax, try not to do to much .
HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER:]
