It sounds to me resembling you have Herpes. I read aloud that because you mention that the bump keeps coming around the time you enjoy your cycle and it goes posterior.

I guess it could be a boil... I know gross when you think going on for it, but if you had some germs get contained by a pore down there it would explain why it go away and comes back.
