if you are sitting subsequent to each other, sit close so your legs touch.
if he puts his arm around you.
lean your manager on his shoulder when sitting next to respectively other, then when you pick your pave the way up, instead of sitting back up, hold on to your head right by his shoulder still and only look up at him in the eyes. when you are that close to respectively other its bound to happen.
