When I be in my teens my cramps seem unbearable. My mother, a former RN, told me to grasp moving. Exercise and ibuprofen have be the best way to control cramps for me. Chamomile tea also help to relax the spasms.
A heating wipe works best, but if you don't have one available you can run a towel lower than hot water and place it on your stern - troulbe with this is that you enjoy to constantly rewet and reheat it.
Drinking hot tea helps also.
Midol never did a piece for me--I found extra strength Pamprin and it was wonderful, not an ounce of backache or bloating.
Guess each human being is different but the Pamprin did it for me.

Some Aleve and a heat pad. It will work wonders. That's how I bring mine to go away.
I know exactly how you have a feeling, a long term solution is birth control, a short occupancy is Adivl, like 3 every 4 hours. Or a heat pad, they even own ones at the store that you open and fry up and can wrap around you or stick on you. Those help really economically. If this is a constant thing every month, I would really recommend a birth control beside low estrogen, that would really help! It works wonders for me, nearby used to be days I couldn't get out of bed beside bad cramps up to that time I started birth control
