You run the risk of pregnancy EVERY TIME you have sex. It's impossible to diagnose possible pregnancy based on symptoms, so I would recommend taking another test.
If you are 2 weeks late, you should definitely see your doctor. Even if you are not pregnant, there could be a number of other things delaying your period.
