do the stairmaster, run on the treadmill, and do back leg extensions either with weights or on the ground, all help to lift your booty. If after at least a month of doing all the it still doesnt work then you can look into surgery but I wouldnt recommend it, sounds painful!
The above suggestions are great. In addition, consider trying a pilates class or Ballet-style exercise. All these exercises target that area.
