sometimes you can't help but hold mood swings. when hormones are involved, you don't have control. But whining you can control. It's annoying when a child does it, so its worse when an mature does it.

Is there something else you can do to sort the situation better to eliminate your judgment to whine? If you are whining you are just accepting the situation, you are swimming within your own fear and despair and expecting someone else to fix it for you.
