I detest that feeling. own tried all sorts of diets over the years, the singular one that has in fact worked, in the sense that it keep the weight bad, is the Paul McKenna: I can make you Thin programme. It reducates the style you eat and your total approach to food. The weight comes of immediately, but steadily (there are no safe sudden fixes) and stays off. It is not tough to follow, easy and you will truly enjoy it, as if you follow it, you can chomp through what you want, when you want. I think within is a book on it, but I followed his tv programme a year or so ago and lost a stone, which stayed off. I guzzle what I like very soon, i just devour it differently. Good luck.
