How can a recovered anorexic lose immensity healthly?

In the past 6 months I've pretty much fully recovered from a serious consumption disorder i had for a while. I've be working out and eating what im suppose to but i cant appear to lose any weight. I work out 3-4 times a week and guzzle a 1600 calorie diet. I just want to be more fighting fit but it just seem like my metabolism is really slow still and i maintain gaining podginess, not muscle. Any advice would be great, thankfulness.

Your metabolism slows tremendously when you are not eating ample to keep it live. It may be that your body is still recovering from when you weren't providing it with plenty calories, and it's just slow to gain back going again. Working out and intake healthy are other good choices. But never overdo it. And since you are recovering from an ingestion disorder, it may also be good to hold a partner to keep you on the right track and not agree to you fall vertebrae into old conduct.

It may seem slow right very soon, but your body should start to get support to normal soon. Just hang on to doing things the healthy approach. Hope things continue to travel well for you! And best of luck next to your continued recovery!
Your body may be surrounded by shock from when you were anorexic. Your body's metabolism shuts down when it doesn't enjoy food to use for fuel...I would keep doing what you are doing and confer your body time to get subsidise on track...good luck;)
Are you sure this is not your brain playing tricks on you? Just aim to be on form. As long as you are eating a in good health diet and getting regular exercise, then please don't verbs about your mass. If you are still concerned, talk to your doctor. From my experience anorexia is not something you 'get over' glibly. Keep healthy :)
anorexia is no fun, i can have a handle on your confusion and fear.
hail as your dr and ask for referral to a good dietician or be in motion to the dietician you had when you be treated for anorexia to help see what you call for to do about your diet and substance.
continue the exercise and hygienic food, as long as you're healthy it's better than losing substance quickly. if you entail to lose weight your dietician will relieve you . sometimes when weight loss is gradual you don't observe it ( losing weight slowly is the best agency to go )
Your body must be trying to store adjectives the food as it is experiencing change. The best article to do is exercise everyday for at lease 30min, but no longer than a hour. 30min is what we require each time to maintain a angelic figure and be thriving.
NEVER NEVER skip meals. Always hold a healthy portion of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Work contained by a snack between brekkie and lunch or between lunch and dinner, keep it lite, e.g. few hose down crackers and cheese, apple, etc.
Have red meat the size of your palm three times a week, drink alot of water to maintain the bowels working.
Stay away from sugery, fatty food and take aways. If you follow this you should soon start to see the results. This is a good plan for life, not of late to lose weight, it will receive you looking and feeling great and you will be decent too.
