I used to be athletic surrounded by status conservatory and presently I want to lose counterweight!?

In grade college i was on the volleyball squad but then my demons took over and I started smoking when I get to high arts school. I'm going into college now and I want to lose shipment, normally and the fit way. When I be smoking, my mom was so proud of me (because I be losing weight) but I stopped my senior year and all the stress and angst and..rubbish just come crashing down on me! I am currently about 5 ft 2in and I weigh 136lbs. Help please!!

drink a buttload of marine! try putting crystal light within it to make it taster better! no soda, juice, coffee, or alcohol. try running a mile every year for a week and then respectively week add a partly a mile extra to your daily run. rear roping is also amazing exercise even if you only do it for ten minutes. do that and I don`t know join a gym and try to do an hour of exercise everyday. honourable luck! :)
