Hello girls,
This is a question roughly the time of the month. About bruising. Some girls get bruises at the time of the month. How do the bruises go and get there?? And why??
Answer:
There are 2 cause for this
1) Those Bruises are not caused by your spell but because when you get your term, your skin and muscles experience slower blood flow. Because of this your skin becomes extremely sensitive. So doing regular hobby with your arms and legs can formulate bruises.
2) Get a mammogram and check under your breasts to see if you own any bruises there. If you do, next it means the bruises are person caused because of hormonal change in your breasts. If not next its likely make happen # 1. Also, during your period your body go through different PH balance, if it is a bit stale it can cause that also.

Healthy food back you are expecting your period
Less sugar while you enjoy your period
Multi-Vitamin pills
And a Mammogram for your breasts is essential for every women because although we might not expect it, our breasts are subdivision of our health.

hmm,i've never hear of that one before.Some population get bruised effortlessly and i'm one of them,but i would'nt say it happen more at my time of the month.Go and speak to your doctor or even a female ethnic group member around this as i have'nt got a clue.Sorry!
I own never heard of that formerly. I bruise fairly slickly most of the time, anyway. But I never noticed if it be more around that time of the month.
well your time is the time of the month when your womb bleeds so i guess you can think of it resembling when you cut yourself, maybe you will hold bruising around the cut?
