I suppose it is a possibility. I of late had a laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis. (A cyst on my departed ovary) Well, before the surgery, I be signing some forms and there be a question that if intercourse be painful. So perchance it has be known to be bleeding.
However, in my luggage, I didn't experience pain when next to my husband. Only had torment in other circumstances. But glad its adjectives over! Wooh!

If you are already contained by pain beforehand sex then I would assume you wouldn't want to but except, I doubt his penis will hit your ovary. Ask your doctor if your really concerned.
It can. There are other causes of this too, if this is a problem for you, you should receive it checked out. It could be something serious like PID, which can effect infertility if left untreated.
