Although a tampon string could break off due to anyone saturated near water and thus diminishing the weave into the tampon, the chances of this up are pretty low, especially since tampons are made to absorb juice. In the unikely chance that the string does break bad, you can always relax your pelvic muscles and arrive at up to pull out the tampon yourself, sans string. Also remember that at hand are many women swimmers out at hand; if this was a big problem after the medical world would probably be focusing on it a bit more!
Personally, I would try to not worry too much and would of late use a tampon to go swimming fairly than to opt out of going swimming due to a period!

no it is severely rare that the string will break sour, water might increase the likelihood if you were contained by water for several hours, or days,even.
I could see the string MAYBE breaking stale if it got drizzling and soaked, making it less durable. But I've gone swimming surrounded by Tampons and it is completely safe, the probability of it breaking off are probably one contained by a million.
LOl I know how you feel...but very soon tampons are the best thing invented for period I think! The string is woven into the tampon so their is approaching no way for it to break sour.maybe if you spent 2 hours screw with the tampon spring it would break stale from wear and tear but I garantee it will not break rotten just from swimming.
procure a playtex sport cause they r made for swimming & other sports so it would probly enjoy less of a accident if there is 1
It can transpire, but it depends on the tampon brand. It has never appear to me or my friends. It isnt anything to worry going on for. If you buy a really cheap brand, it could but probably wont. I recommend Tampax pearl b/c the string is sewn in the total tampon and will not break! Swimming wont do anything to cause the string to break. For it to brake stale, there is probably a 5% kismet. Honestly. Tips: When swimming, MAKE SURE you tuck the string in your swimsuit! It would be horrible if it be sticking out! Or what you can do (this is what I do) b/c the string is so long, cut it so it is a lot lot shorter. It wont break even after that.
it will not break of a moment ago make sure after u grasp out the pool change your tampon and cause sure u hid the string
I recommend playtex sport er doesn`t matter what. Cuz yeah theyre made for sports and swimming and stuff, and I really doubt that the string would break off.
